A tribute to Irish culture with the green, white and orange colors of the Irish flag. In the center is the famous Irish symbol, the Claddagh ring. Citizen Pride slightly changed the Claddagh design by making the two hands form the shape of a heart versus clasping a heart. These elements of the Claddagh symbolize the qualities of love (the heart), friendship (the hands), and loyalty (the crown).
Joe Barsin's design and Illustration work has been recognized in prestigious annual award competitions including "Print" magazine, "Communication Arts", "Graphic Design: USA", "American Institute of Graphic Artists". His illustrations have been showcased in three editions of the Adobe Illustrator Bible and he has given lectures on computer graphic Illustration. In 2004, Joe illustrated Maryland's Bay Plate, the state car license plate that "Treasure the Chesapeake". Joe is originally from Akron, Ohio, and grew up loving art. He was fortunate to have traveled extensively with his family while a child and experienced art and culture all throughout Europe.
