Tribute to the U.S. Naval Academy's Class of 2022 and the week of festivities that commemorates their Graduation and Commissioning ceremonies in Annapolis, Maryland. The hallmark of the week is the Blue Angles air show and dramatic fly over during the graduation ceremonies. Art with year of graduation makes a wonderful gift for a graduate. Joe Barsin's design and Illustration work has been recognized in prestigious annual award competitions including "Print" magazine, "Communication Arts", "Graphic Design: USA", "American Institute of Graphic Artists". His illustrations have been showcased in three editions of the Adobe Illustrator Bible and he has given lectures on computer graphic Illustration. In 2004, Joe illustrated Maryland's Bay Plate, the state car license plate that "Treasure the Chesapeake". Joe is originally from Akron, Ohio, and grew up loving art.
