A tribute to the Midshipmen of the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland. The Fouled Anchor insignia appears at the center of their Cover (the traditional Midshipman's hat). The ropes have been replaced with The Blue Angels and their F/A-18 Hornet's contrails which symbolizing the annual air show performed during Commissioning Week and the U.S.N.A. Graduation ceremonies. This sticker is illustrated by Joe Barsin of Maryland and proudly made in America.

Joe Barsin's design and Illustration work has been recognized in prestigious annual award competitions including "Print" magazine, "Communication Arts", "Graphic Design: USA", "American Institute of Graphic Artists". His illustrations have been showcased in three editions of the Adobe Illustrator Bible and he has given lectures on computer graphic Illustration. In 2004, Joe illustrated Maryland's Bay Plate, the state car license plate that "Treasure the Chesapeake". Joe is originally from Akron, Ohio, and grew up loving art. He was fortunate to have traveled extensively with his family while a child and experienced art and culture all throughout Europe.
